If the product is faulty, logistics issue or any reason caused by Huawei, customer can get Huawei customer service support by below two solutions. Customer can go to Huawei ASC or CP for warranty service.

Step 1: Call hotline 1800-210-9999, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for service.
Step 2: Customer service would initiate an exchange application. You are required to provide buyer information, product IMEI, fault description and filled in exchange form.
Step 3: Huawei would collect defect unit from customer.
Step 4: Huawei warehouse engineer will perform an inspection on the defect unit.
Step 5: After inspection has passed, customer can receive the exchange unit in 7-10 working days from the date of Huawei receives the product.
Step 1: Customer visits ASC for Warranty Repair service.
Step 2: ASC inspects the defective unit.
Step 3: After inspection has passed, usually you can collect the repair / replacement unit from ASC in 7days (depends on trouble type and spares inventory availability).
Models Honor series(Honor 4X ,Holly 2 Plus , Honor 7, Honor 6 Plus) can be returned within 10 days from receipt date for any hardware reported failure
All models can get the repair service done if product defect occur beyond DOA period and within warranty period.
