How do I register?

Fill out all the fields and check your data. Click "Register" and wait for an e-mail with a link to confirm your registration.

Do I need to use a valid email address to register?

Yes, you are advised to use a valid email id during registration as there will be a verification email sent for confirmation.

Do I need to login to my account to purchase?

Yes, you need to login to your account to complete your purchase.

How to recover my password?

In case of forgetting your password, please click on "Forget password" button in order to retrieve or reset your password. You will then receive an email or text message for verification.

Purchase

How can I check on the stocks availability?

Whenever stocks are available, "Shop Now" or "Add to Cart" will be showing on the page. If it shows "Out of stock", please click ‘notify me’ option in the product page to receive notification when the product is ‘In Stock’.

I placed an order but it shows as ‘Failure in submitting and order’?

Failure in submitting an order may be caused by the following reasons:
-Incomplete order information
-Network issues

Can I pay upon goods arrival?

Yes only in case of Cash on delivery(C-o-D).

Does Huawei provide international delivery service?

All purchases from our website must be delivered within India only. Please check the pincode in address column if you’re pincode is covered under serviceable area.

Can I change my email or contact number after registration?

Can I combine my multiple purchases?

Our system does not support the function at this moment

Can I unregister my account by using email?

For the moment, Customers are not allowed to unregister through emails.

Can I request for a price reduction?

All products are sold as their prices shown on the website.

How can I check my order status or obtain order number?

Log in to your Vmall account and click "My Orders", select the order you wish to view and by clicking the "Order Details" you can see your order status displayed clearly.

Can I modify the delivery address after payment?

Currently we do not allow any amendment after purchase .Kindly contact our Customer Service for further assistance.

Payment

How safe is your payment system in your website?

Your online transaction on hihonor is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. Hihonor uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.

How do I order?

You choose a product, you click the order button and fill in information about your address and telephone number. Then you need to click "Pay Now" - From this moment the order is reserved for you. You can pay within 12 hours. In case, the order is not paid within 12 hours, Huawei may cancel your order without prior notification.

What is the purchase limit for your website?

We have no such limitation for payment through Credit or Debit card. However, the maximum limit for cash on delivery is INR 20000.

Can I do multiple payments on my purchase?

Payment for each order can only be made once and in full.

Replacement

Who would pay the shipping cost in case of returning my package?

If you are returning an item for technical reasons (failure, defect) Huawei pays for the shipping.

If I have received a defective product, what do I do?

If the product you purchased is damaged or not working properly, notify the hotline operator on the phone, register and start an appeal procedure for replacing. Following are the scenarios for replacement 1)Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) 2)Product defect found in 10 days upon receiving Upon approval of your application and treatment: oOur courier company will pickup the package within 5-7 working days oIn any case, when you return the goods to the warehouse. Huawei would do the inspection and testing. The final decision on the replacement and return of the goods shall be made after checking . Warranty shall be void if the Customer fails to comply with all of the terms set forth.

Can I change to a similar product but a different color?

No, we do not support change of product type or color

Do I entitle to the warranty service if I lost my invoice?

Kindly provide our after-sales service representative your merchandise's serial number; they will be glad to assist you on the relevant issue.

Can I request for separate invoices on multiple phones purchase?

We will not generate separate invoices for each model of mobile phone; only one invoice will be issued.

Do you support Multiple Service Languages for customer service?

Given the large territory and multiple languages used in India, in order to provide localized service to every customer, we provide multiple local languages customer service to you.

  1. English & Hindi for pre-sales / order query of all customers.
  2. English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada for post sales (after 10 days of replacement period) service of all customers.
Warranty

Where can I get the locations of Huawei Authorized service centers?

You may visit http://store.hihonor.com/in/authorized-service-center . You are advice to call our after-sales service center before visiting.

How should I define the warranty period?

The warranty period starts from the date when you acknowledge receipt of the product.

Will there be any cost incurred on the after-sales maintenance if the product purchased is still under 1 year warranty?

The warranty for Host (“Product”) – for a period of fifteen (15) months * (from the receipt date). You are entitled to complimentary maintenance services by Huawei's ASC for any manufacturing defect provided the device is not being misused or abused, damaged or waterlogged.
